Woodpecker Joinery : a family run business was established in 1994 by Chris Waltho, a talented and dedicated craftsman and designer.

Creating unique, high quality cedar garden buildings we have become one of the leaders in the industry. We distribute our distinctive products widely throughout UK and Europe. In 2009 we were given the opportunity to manufacture and supply one of our products to the BBC. Please see below the greenhouse which is currently being used by BBC2 during the Gardener's World program.

Following the growth of Woodpecker Joinery and the high timber usage a decision was made to import Western Red Cedar direct from British Columbia, Canada into the UK and Woodpecker Timber Imports was formed.

Used widely in the garden building industry cedar is renowned for its natural and outstanding properties. This product has also become very popular worldwide as an external cladding for large construction projects.

We are able to supply the highest quality, clear grade rough sawn or planed Western Red Cedar wood cut to your required length. The product can be delivered nationwide and PEFC certificated.
